Program Manager, General Technical Assistance San Diego County HICAP (Health
Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program) Services. HICAP provides free and
objective information and counseling about Medicare. He will discuss Medicare
and how Medicare works with our Civil Service Health Insurance.
This meeting is free and open to all. Light refreshments and coffee are
typically served.
