Portrait Fundraiser Event

The Proffitt Family was blessed to welcome their first son, JJ Proffitt, into the world in June 2008.  Shortly after his first birthday, JJ began to experience delays and tantrums, and a scary pattern emerged. In 2010, he was diagnosed with autism.  Every day is a struggle to keep JJ safe in a world of many dangers.

The Proffitts have been approved to receive a service dog through Autism Service Dogs of America.  While this animal will provide a much needed physical and emotional tether to the world around him, JJ and his family face the daunting task of raising the necessary funds for the training of their dog.  A single-income military family, the Proffitts are required to raise $13,500 to cover the costs of the companion JJ so desperately needs.

Please join us as portrait photographers from throughout Southern California join together for a unique opportunity to help the Proffitt family as well as provide a unique photographic experience.  For a suggested minimum donation of only $25, families, professionals, models - anyone! - will receive a 15 to 20 minute studio session with one of SoCal's best photographers at this special event.  All proceeds will directly benefit the Proffitt family in reaching their goal.
