The Oceanside Public Library will present a program on the recent donation of glass plate negatives to the Oceanside Historical Society in the library Community Rooms.
The negatives are from the 1890s to the 1920s. They include rare scenes of early Oceanside and the Mission San Luis Rey, damage from the 1916 flood and the San Luis Rey Fiestas. Some of the photos have never been seen before.
