The 24-year-old parolee was taken into custody about 7 a.m. Thursday, a sheriff's sergeant said.
FALLBROOK, CA: A man described as a "documented gang member" by sheriff's officials was arrested Wednesday morning in Fallbrook.
Armando Flores, 24, was taken into custody during a compliance operation, said San Diego County sheriff's Sgt. David Pocklington.
"The purpose of the compliance operation is to verify parolees and probationers comply with the conditions of their release," Pocklington said.

Flores was allegedly found in possession of marijuana — a violation of his parole, according to the sergeant.
Flores, who is from the Fallbrook area and is a documented gang member, Pocklington said, was on parole for a conviction that involved assault with a deadly weapon.
