OCEANSIDE, CA – Police are asking for the public's help in finding an elderly man who went missing from Oceanside.

Paul Phillips, 71, is considered at risk, according to Oceanside police. He suffers from dementia.
Phillips is white, 5-foot-10 and 175 pounds. He is driving a silver Ford Contour with the license plate 5FHT791.
