Man Stabbed In North County
Paramedics took the victim to a trauma center for treatment of stab wounds to his back.
VISTA, CA — A predawn argument between two men in Vista escalated Thursday into a stabbing that sent one of them to a hospital and left the other under arrest, authorities reported.
The assault in the 400 block of Vista Village Drive was reported shortly after 3 a.m., according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.
Paramedics took the victim to a trauma center for treatment of stab wounds to his back. The severity of his injuries was not immediately clear, Lt. Patrick Fox said.

Deputies arrested the suspected assailant, whose name remained unavailable in the late morning.
