OCEANSIDE, CA – A three-car crash blocked three lanes Tuesday morning on a North County freeway.
The crash happened on northbound Interstate 5 at State Route 76 in Oceanside. The collision was reported shortly before 8:30 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
Traffic was slowed in the area.
