OCEANSIDE, CA — September continues the trend in Oceanside with many new businesses opening or coming soon. Patch has you covered with the latest Economic Development News courtesy of the City of Oceanside.

NOW OPEN IN OCEANSIDE

Badlands Vintage recently moved to 845 S. Coast Hwy. Badlands sells statement furniture pieces and decor from midcentury modern to 80s postmodern design.

The Ozone, a boutique shop that sells clothes, gift items and art, recently opened at 102 Mission Ave. in the Mission Pacific Hotel.

Los Amigos Mexican Food recently opened at 2011 Mission Ave. in the Oceanside Plaza Center.

The Proper 32, a new dental office, has opened at 2003 S. Coast Hwy. in South Oceanside.

Les Creme recently opened at 4061 Oceanside Blvd. in the Rancho del Oro commerce center. Les Creme creates skincare, lotions and candles.

Mopa Lounge opening soon at 325 S. Coast Hwy. Mopa Lounge is an upscale cafe and wine bar.

COMING SOON

South “O” Brewing coming soon to 1575 S. Coast Hwy. nextdoor to Vigilante Coffee in the former Oceanside Beauty College site.

The Lab Collaborative is coming soon to 250 Mission Ave., in the Pierside North Building. The LabCollaborative will function as a test kitchen for area chefs and mixologists. In August, TLC did collaborations with Pacific Coast Spirits, Orfila and others.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Dunkin Donuts has started grading on their 2,012 sq. ft. drive-thru restaurant located at 1906 Oceanside Blvd. in the Oceanside Village Square shopping center.

Alta Oceanside Luxury 309-unit Project Breaks Ground On Coast Hwy
The largest Multifamily property development west of I-5 in decades broke ground last week at 1015 N. Coast Highway in Oceanside.

Oceanside Gets Millions In Grant Funding Over The Past Month
Oceanside's recent grant funding includes $3.5M for new Fire Station 1, $1.06M for water desalination, $1.7M for Pure Water Oceanside.

Oceanside Job Fair- September 25, 2021, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Civic Center Plaza - 300 North Coast Highway in Downtown Oceanside.

The City of Oceanside is partnering with Oceanside Chamber and Visit Oceanside to host a job fair to address the needs of local employers and assist community members in securing meaningful employment. All Oceanside employers with job openings are welcome to attend at no cost.

The job fair will feature over two dozen Oceanside employers. Participating Employers Include:
