Oceanside Public Libraries Offering Free State Parks Passes
Oceanside Library cardholders can check out free passes to visit over 200 California state parks, lakes, beaches and monuments.
OCEANSIDE, CA —Looking for some family-friendly, free fun? California public library-card holders can currently check out free passes to more than 200 California state parks, lakes, beaches and monuments.
Through a partnership with the First Partner’s Office and the California State Library, State Parks is providing free vehicle day-use entry to over 200 participating state park units operated by State Parks to library-card holders. The California State Library Parks Pass is valid for entry of one passenger vehicle with a capacity of nine people or less or one highway licensed motorcycle.
