VISTA, CA — A suspected drug dealer was arrested and more than 60 pounds of narcotics were seized during a North County traffic stop, authorities said Friday.

Deputies from the Vista Patrol Station pulled over the driver of a BMW sedan on Jan. 21 and found about 40 pounds of methamphetamine inside the vehicle, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Office.

The discovery led investigators to Urban Cuts Barbershop at 995 Postal Way in Vista, where they served a search warrant and seized 20 more pounds of meth and 2.5 pounds of cocaine, sheriff's Sgt. Alex Brust said.
