Pelican At The Pier: Oceanside Photo Of The Day

OCEANSIDE, CA — Patch reader Jamie Landers captured this photo.

"While at Oceanside pier and beach, I came across a beautiful pelican. Over the years the coastline has been built up with some nice resorts. Walking on the strand is one of the highlights of my day. It is nice getting out to be in nature. There are some nice restaurants like "Hello Betty's," with great fish tacos."
