UPDATE: Oceanside Woman Found Dead in Car, Suspect Arrested
Police said Uriel Leon, 24, was arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder.

OCEANSIDE, CA – Police arrested a man Tuesday on suspicion of killing a woman found inside a car in Oceanside.
Oceanside police and paramedics discovered the woman's body around 8:40 p.m. Monday while responding to a report of a “person down” inside a vehicle near the intersection of West Redondo and Luna drives, according to Oceanside police Sgt. Rick Favela.
The victim’s name was withheld pending family notification, but officials said she was a 22-year-old Oceanside resident.

Investigators initially questioned Uriel Leon, 24, in connection with the woman's death, then arrested him on suspicion of first-degree murder, said Oceanside police Officer Kathleen Vincent.
Police did not immediately disclose the relationship between the suspect and victim.
