At-Risk Missing Person: 74-Year-Old Hispanic Man With Alzheimer’s

OCEANSIDE, CA — The Oceanside Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Edgar Cruz. Mr. Cruz is a 74-year-old Hispanic man last seen on foot at the 3200 block of Mission Cove Way, Oceanside.

Mr. Cruz is 5’09’’, 160 lbs., with brown eyes and salt and pepper hair. He was last seen wearing a red baseball hat, blue and black sweater, and blue jeans. Mr. Cruz suffers from Alzheimer’s disease. His family is concerned for his wellbeing and asking for the public’s help in locating him.
