San Diego County Sheriff's Department: Update: Death Investigation - George Bailey Detention Facility

The Medical Examiner's Office conducted the autopsy today of Richard Eshbach.  The preliminary cause of Eshbach's death was complications of COVID-19, with associated factors of cirrhosis of the liver and pulmonary emphysema.  The manner of death is natural.
