1 Injured, Traffic Stalled In 91 Freeway Motorcycle Crash: CHP

The crash was reported at 5:34 p.m. Wednesday on the California State route 91 Freeway traveling toward Riverside County, authorities said.

ANAHEIM, CA — At least one person was injured in a motorcycle crash on the California State route 91 Freeway, stalling traffic for miles on the freeway Wednesday evening, authorities said.

The crash was reported at 5:34 p.m. in the far left lane of the freeway, near the State route 55 junction traveling eastbound toward Riverside County, the California Highway Patrol reported.

According to the CHP, a motorcyclist was seen lying on the ground in the lanes. The status of the injured motorcyclist was not immediately known.

The crash slowed down eastbound traffic for several miles, the CHP reported.

Motorists were advised to avoid the area.
