A video published by KTLA captured part of the altercation.

BUENA PARK, CA — Two guests were arrested Saturday night at Knott’s Berry Farm after a violent altercation at the amusement park in Orange County, according to a park spokesperson and partial video of the incident published by KTLA.
The video shows the guests and a security guard, who is hit by one of the guests, but then takes the guest to the ground as those looking on cheer and applaud.
A witness told KTLA a guest had tried to cut the line and been denied, later giving the security guard a nosebleed.
