2 Arrested In 'Multiple Shootings' In Orange County
Two 18-year-old men were arrested in connection with multiple shootings in Garden Grove Monday.
ORANGE COUNTY, CA — Two 18-year-old men were arrested in connection with multiple shootings in Garden Grove Monday.
Garden Grove Police Department officers were called to the 12500 block of Sunswept Avenue at approximately 4:02 p.m. regarding reports from multiple residents who reported gunshots in the area, said Sgt. Juan Delgado.
As officers combed the area where the gunshots were reported, they found several shell casings. At approximately 5:52 p.m, more gunshots were heard near the 12600 block of Keel Avenue and officers took Daniel Garcia of Garden Grove and Isiah Emmanuel Ballejos of Anaheim, both 18, into custody as they were fleeing the area, Delgado said.

Police said a firearm was located at the scene.
It was not immediately known if there were any victims of the shootings and police believe both reported shootings were related.
