2 OC Schools On Lockdown As Police Seek Robbery Suspect: Police
A robbery in Huntington Beach triggered the lockdown of two local schools Wednesday afternoon.
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA — A robbery in Huntington Beach triggered the lockdown of two local schools Wednesday afternoon.
The robbery took place near Gothard Street and Warner Avenue, Orange County Supervisor Janet Nguyen wrote on Facebook.
According to Nguyen, two people have been arrested and police are currently searching for a third suspect, who fled.

Ocean View High School and Oak View Elementary were put on temporary lockdown as of 1:20 p.m., according to Nguyen.
Residents were urged to avoid the area. Suspicious activity was asked to be reported to 911.
