OC Theme Park Seeks Hundreds Of New Hires
The Southern California theme park will be hiring hundreds of workers for the 2026 season.
BUENA PARK, CA — Two Southern California theme parks are seeking new hires, after Knott's Berry Farm and Six Flags Magic Mountain announced that both parks would be hiring hundreds of workers for the 2026 season.
The week-long hiring spree takes place from Feb. 14 through Feb. 22 and will involve seasonal roles.
The hourly pay starts at $16.90 for Knott's Berry Farm and $17.81 for Six Flags Magic Mountain for employees 16 years and older.

Starting pay is based on experience, prior service and the position itself.

- Ride Operators
- Lifeguards
- Security Associates
- Sales Associates for Merchandise and Games
- Park Service Attendants
- Guest Services
- Parking Lot Team Member
Workers at both theme parks can enjoy benefits such as free admission to Cedar Fair parks, free tickets for friends and family, discounts on season passes, park food and merchandise and more.
Prospective employees looking for positions can apply online to schedule an in-person appointment.
In addition, Magic Mountain will be hosting an in-person hiring event at the park on Feb. 21 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
