3 Men Charged In OC Daylight Stabbing

ORANGE COUNTY, CA — Three men were charged Thursday with stabbing a man in the middle of the afternoon in Orange County last month.

Jose Eduardo Mandujanofierros, 21, Andrew Gonzalez, 18, and Eyving Vasquez, 18, were charged with attempted murder with sentencing enhancements for attempted premeditated murder, inflicting great bodily injury and the personal use of a deadly weapon.

The victim was attacked at around noon on Aug. 6 at Sullivan Street and McFadden Avenue, police said.

The victim, who was not identified by name, was stabbed multiple times in his stomach and also attacked with a pipe, police said.

The victim got into a dispute with the defendants at a park, police said.
