4 Arrested In String Of Home Robberies In OC
Four suspects were arrested in connection with a series of residential burglaries in Garden Grove and neighboring cities.
ORANGE COUNTY, CA — Four suspects were arrested in connection with a series of residential burglaries in Garden Grove and neighboring cities, police said Thursday.
Officers arrived at a burglary in progress Wednesday in the 13000 block of Greentree Avenue after the homeowner witnessed two female suspects via security cameras, according to the Garden Grove Police Department Public Information Officer Sgt. Nick Jensen.
Detectives located a silver SUV driven by 57-year-old Fullerton resident Ino Florea upon arrival as it left the area, Jensen said.

Catalina Ciucur, 41, of Anahiem, 49-year-old Caludia Margel, and 45- year-old Anaheim resident Nicole Elena were also in the SUV, Jensen said. Detectives did not disclose Margel's residence.
Officers managed to conduct a traffic stop a few blocks from the scene. Police said they concluded that the people in the SUV matched the description of the suspects who were attempting to burglarize the house and were seen via security cameras, Jensen said.

Detectives investigated further and linked the four suspects with other residential burglaries in Garden Grove and neighboring cities. They were all arrested and booked at the Orange County Jail and were facing multiple charges related to the burglaries, Jensen said.
