4 Car Crash On State Route 55 Shuts Down 4 Lanes, Injures 3
At least three people were injured, with one being taken to Orange County Global Medical Center.
ORANGE COUNTY, CA — Southbound traffic on California state Route 55 remains slow after a four car crash occurred Friday afternoon, California State Highway Patrol reported.
The collision blocked all middle lanes on the Costa Mesa Freeway in Tustin. Traffic remained slow due to the crash, and three people were injured. One of the injured parties was taken to Orange County Global Medical Hospital, CHP reported.
The conditions of those injured is not yet known.

CHP issued a SigAlert at 3:14 p.m. while authorities worked to clear the scene of the collision. The SigAlert was lifted at 3:50 p.m.
