6 Disneyland Rides Set To Close This Fall

ANAHEIM, CA — Six Disneyland park attractions will be closed for seasonal refurbishments after the busy summer season and just in time for Halloween crowds to hit the Anaheim theme park.

Indiana Jones Adventure, Jungle Cruise, It's a Small World, "World of Color," Sailing Ship Columbia and Pirate's Lair on Tom Sawyer's Island will temporarily shutter in September as part of the standard refurbishment schedule.

The closures join Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, "Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln," Disneyland Railroad, Disneyland Monorail and Animation Academy that were already closed for refurbishment.

According to Disneyland, Indiana Jones Adventure will be closed from Sept. 9 through Sept. 13 for a brief refurbishment.

Following that closure, the Jungle Cruise boat ride will be closed from Sept. 16 to Oct. 3.

It's a Small World will be closed from Sept. 16 through Nov. 14 as park workers prepare the ride for its annual transformation for the winter holiday season, MiceChat reported.

The "World of Color" water show at Disney California Adventure will be closed from Sept. 9 for at least a month for a seasonal refurbishment.

Pirate's Lair on Disneyland's Tom Sawyer Island will be closed Sept. 16 through 18, and the Sailing Ship Columbia will also be unavailable from Sept. 23 through 26.
