IRVINE, CA — In-N-Out ranked No. 3 among America’s favorite fast food burger spots, according to YouGov’s recent Best Bites 2026 report on U.S. restaurant brands.
The Southern California staple came in behind Five Guys at No. 1 and Burger King at No. 2, the market research company’s report said, adding that In-N-Out was followed by Wendy’s in fourth place and McDonald’s in fifth.
The Irvine-based burger chain was ranked No. 5 more generally among fast food brands for quality and No. 9 for value, according to YouGov.
The report found that 70 percent of Americans buy fast food at least once a month and 30 percent eat it at least weekly, with demand being driven by “a younger, economically active audience.”
