ORANGE, CA — A toddler who almost died drowning in a backyard swimming pool in Orange County is expected to survive, after the child's sister rescued him from the water, KTLA reported.
The boy was in the water for two to four minutes before he was rescued Friday morning, the Orange City Fire Department told KTLA. The child's grandmother also helped save his life by performing CPR while emergency services arrived, the report said.
By the time authorities arrived to the scene at 11:30 a.m., the child was conscious and breathing, the report said.
