PLACENTIA, CA — A motorcyclist was killed Wednesday in a two-car crash in Placentia, authorities said.
Police responded at around 12:30 p.m. to the area of Imperial Highway and Rose Drive to reports regarding a crash involving a vehicle and a motorcycle, according to the Placentia Police Department.
Upon arrival, officers found the 23-year-old motorcyclist from Yorba Linda in the roadway with traumatic injuries.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. He was not identified by name.
The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with detectives during their investigation, authorities said.
