Anaheim PD takes new approach to dealing with homelessness

Let's face it there's a lot of issues law enforcement has had to deal with the past few years.

Let’s face it there’s a lot of issues law enforcement has had to deal with the past few years but one of those hot button issues has been the way police deal with those persons who are considered homeless. The problem isn’t just restricted to one city or state it’s a nationwide issue with many organizations using a variety of approaches.

I recently interviewed Anaheim Police Chief Jorge Cisneros and Jessica Bruce from the Anaheim Community Care Response Team where we discussed their new partnership. The hope to deliver a more effective service model using a collaborative innovative approach that will have a more effective.
