Babyletto chooses South Coast Collection for entry into Cosa Mesa marketplace

Babyletto, the nursery and kids brand trusted by modern parents for more than a decade, has selected South Coast Collection (SOCO) for its inaugural Orange County location, with plans to open within the 292,000 square foot luxury home furnishings and design center in Costa Mesa this fall. This represents the second California location for the retailer which operates a flagship store in West Hollywood. CRC Senior Leasing Manager Melissa Sweeney and Jillian Sabaugh with U.S Retail represented the landlord in this transaction and Roby Ury with Beta Agency represented the tenant.

Babyletto is known for its award-winning, stylish and versatile modern nursery and kids furniture essentials including cribs, dressers, seating, mattresses, play tables, and more. The mission of the retailer is to offer products that feel like an extension of parents’ personal style and provide the opportunity to create thoughtfully designed nurseries and kids' rooms without compromising on safety or sustainability. A new line of nursery and kids offerings, created in partnership with designer and author Nate Berkus, is set to debut this fall.

Located at 3303-3323 Hyland Avenue in Orange County, and with frontage on the San Diego Freeway (Interstate 405), SOCO includes home furnishings and design concepts such as Ann Sacks, Brown Jordan, King Living, Joybird, Design Within Reach, Rejuvenation, and Room & Board. Dining options are highlighted by Arc Food and Libations, Butcher’s House, Moulin, Il Girasole, Palms N’ Patties and Portola Coffee.
