Bank Robbery Suspects Sought In Orange County Friday

Anaheim city officials warned residents to stay away from the area as a precaution because of a "large police presence."

ANAHEIM, CA — A large police presence was reported in Orange County Friday afternoon as authorities work to arrest suspects involved a Brea bank robbery who led police on a vehicle chase to Anaheim.

The chase led authorities to the area of Gene Autry Way and State College Boulevard late Friday morning.

According to police, the suspects got out of the vehicle and ran off and possibly entered an apartment building.

According to Fox 11, an Anaheim resident called the station and "said they received an alert from management at their apartment building and were told to shelter in place due to the pursuit termination and that the suspect ran into the apartment building."
