Bicyclist Struck, Killed By Car In Orange County: Police
The crash happened just after noon on Sunday in Santa Ana, authorities said.
SANTA ANA, CA — A bicyclist was killed Sunday was he was hit by a vehicle in Orange County.
The crash happened at about 12:10 p.m. Sunday at Fairview and 12th streets, according to the Santa Ana Police Department.
An initial investigation revealed the bicyclist was riding across Fairview outside of a crosswalk when he was hit by the vehicle traveling southbound, police said.

Orange County Fire Authority paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene. His identity was not immediately revealed.
The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities, police said.
