California Governor Jerry Brown Sought By Grand Jury For Corruption And Ties With CVS Pharmacy

The Grand Jury was requested in August of this year, to investigate California Governor Jerry Brown for corruption and allowing CVS pharmacy, a special interest group, to target doctors by giving CVS Health and their employees access to confidential federal and state government investigative records and cases against doctor.

The Grand Jury request details how CVS partnered with the state and federal government to attack doctors and run them out of business. CVS is using the prescription dispensing monitoring program, known as the CURES, CVS is using this to monitor and point out doctors to the Medical Board and other government agencies controlled by Governor Jerry Brown, like the DEA.

CVS pharmacy is pointing out thousands of doctors to the drug enforcement agency and to the medical boards, which Brown controls. CVS is a special interest group and they are benefiting from this partnership using tax payers dollars and unlawful misconduct to ruin innocent and compassionate doctors. CVS health is opening retail clinics in all of their pharmacies and by selective pointing out doctors to the drug enforcement agency and the medical boards, this violate competition laws in this country and CVS has stated that they want to take over the market shares from doctors in the community based clinics. By pointing out the doctors to these paid off rogue government officials, using tax dollars, CVS clears the way to take over the community clinics.

Any doctor who prescribes anxiety, pain, weight loss, or psychotropic medications are targets for CVS and their government partners. CVS opened 3500 clinics in california. Governor Jerry Brown was informed about CVS and their use of Government tax paying dollars to screw doctors and control these police organizations, like the medical board, under Jerry Browns rule and power.

The Grand Jury should convict Governor Brown of corruption and CVS Pharmacy should be investigated by the United States Federal government for RICO and corruption. The drug enforcement agency has turned their backs on millions of people in this country by allowing CVS pharmacy to utilize their agency to harass doctors and scaring of millions patients.

Here is a very small list of unlawful advice that CVS is telling people all over this country, to get them to leave their doctors:

1. your doctor is under investigation by the drug enforcement agency

2. your doctor is under investigation by the FBI

3. your doctor is not licensed

4. your doctor should be jail

5. your doctor is red flagged

6. your doctor treats too many blacks

7. you should find another doctor, and

8. your doctor is no good and a murderer

The federal government must investigate CVS for crimes against the people of this country and they must stop CVS from getting access to the drug enforcement agencies and the medical boards. CVS is dictating how doctors should practice in this country and that is wrong because they were the major players involved with the illegal distribution of legal narcotics in this country.

The majority of pain patient deaths is not from the doctors offices, these deaths are caused by the illegal drug trade that has taken this country by storm. Just take a look at New York, they just had one of the biggest drug busts in the history of that state. They confiscated enough illegal Fentanyl from china to kill 32 million Americans. 32 million Americans could have died from just this one bust.
