Campers at LePort Montessori Schools Participate in Beach Cleanup

Summer campers at LePort Montessori School Irvine Woodbridge and LePort Montessori School Irvine Westpark recently participated in a beach cleanup event through the Surfrider Foundation, a national organization dedicated to the protection of the world’s ocean and beaches. On Aug. 12, students and their families worked with other volunteers to remove hundreds of pounds of trash from Bolsa Chica State Beach to help protect their local environment.

LePort Montessori School instills a sense of social responsibility at an early age by implementing opportunities for students to learn about the importance of giving back to their communities and helping others in need.
