Coroner IDs Woman Struck By Train In Santa Ana
The body of a woman fatally struck by an oncoming train in inland Orange County was identified this week.

SANTA ANA, CA — The Orange County Coroner's office identified a 38-year-old woman who was struck and killed by a train last week in Santa Ana, they reported on Sunday.
The crash that claimed the life of Christine Cunningham was reported just before noon on Sept. 3, Santa Ana Police Sgt. F. Gutierrez said.
Cunningham was walking near the tracks when she was struck by the freight train at 17th Street and Lincoln Avenue. She was pronounced dead at the scene, Gutierrez said.
