CYPRESS, CA — Disney recently purchased Yamaha Motor Corp. USA’s 25-acre U.S. headquarters in Cypress, according to reports.

“This property offered an opportunity for a sound investment given its sizable footprint and proximity to the resort,” Disney told the news group. “This acquisition provides space that can help support our long-term operational needs for our continued growth and evolving business needs.”
The site includes warehouse, flex and office space, with 279,000 square feet in total, according to the business journal. The sale is part of Yamaha’s restructuring in Kennesaw, Georgia, the Southern California News Group reported.
