The lawsuit alleges that a Disneyland security dog attacked an 81-year-old grandfather in 2022, the Orange County Register reported.

ANAHEIM, CA — A lawsuit filed in an Orange County court claims a Disneyland security dog attacked an 81-year-old man from Nevada at the entrance to the theme park before biting him in the stomach, the Orange County Register reported.
Las Vegas resident Paul Perez filed a lawsuit against Walt Disney Park and Resorts in Orange County Superior Court for damages relating to the May 10 2022 attack, including restitution for a physical wound, pain, suffering, emotional distress and the cost of past and future medical treatment, the report said.
According to the report, a Disneyland dog handler caused a security dog to suddenly step close to Perez, who bumped the dog. The dog attacked him afterward, the report said.
