Disneyland Parade Float Catches Fire, Evacuates Crowds: Report
A float in a popular parade caught fire during a performance at Disneyland Park Wednesday evening, according to Walt Disney World News.
ANAHEIM, CA — A Disneyland parade float caught fire during a performance Wednesday evening, Walt Disney World News Today reported.
The float was seen malfunctioning during the Paint the Night Parade at around 8:50 p.m. According to the report, the Little Mermaid float began spewing smoke and "multiple eyewitnesses" said they saw flames.
The float was turned off while performers were evacuated, the report said.
