Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?
My husband has worked every day during this stay at home order. Leaving at 6:30 every morning and sometimes not coming home until 10 p.m. missing bedtime with our children.
He continually works hard to ensure packages are delivered to costumers as well as manages his routes ensuring all his drivers safety as well. He wears a mask to also ensure that he is following CDC guidelines even on hot days that we have been having.
Some of these trucks do not have air conditioning so they get extremely hot. Now add on a face mask that should not be touched as well as gloves and that makes for a very hard day!
I am so proud of my husband for all of his hard work and how much he keeps safety in mind to protect not only his customers, drivers but also his family! He is a hero in my eyes because he is part of keeping this world running and getting important packages to families, businesses, hospitals, and more.
What’s one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?:
That he goes above and beyond for his job and family with such diligence!
