Fleming’s Celebrates Easter With Three Course Brunch With Choices

Fleming’s at Fashion Island, Newport Beach is serving a three course Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 1 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The beautifully remodeled restaurant with an expansive patio is offering a special brunch menu with choices in each course and a children’s menu as well. Start with one of two featured cocktails: bacon & blue cheese bloody Mary or Sonoma Sparkler--Fleming’s signature passion fruit mimosa, each priced at $8.95.

The exclusive prix fixe menu features an appetizer choice of lobster bisque, modern Caesar or housemade burrata salad. Entrée selections include Fleming’s signature eggs Benedict with filet mignon or crab cake; farm fresh veggie omelet; cinnamon apple brioche French toast with orange Chantilly cream; California-style steak & eggs, grilled Ora King salmon Cobb salad or porcini-crusted filet mignon with beech mushrooms and gorgonzola cream sauce.

All entrées are served with Lyonnaise potatoes and pan-seared asparagus. For dessert, select from Tahitian vanilla bean crème brûlée, New York cheesecake with blueberry sauce or fresh berries & Chantilly cream.

Three-course brunch: $50 per adult, $16 per child (age 12 and under). Early reservations recommended.
