COSTA MESA, CA — Goodwill of Orange County has selected Costa Mesa-based communications agency Idea Hall to handle the nonprofit's public relations and marketing services — including a campaign highlighting the area Goodwill's upcoming 100-year anniversary, officials announced today.

Established in Santa Ana in 1924, Goodwill of O.C. will celebrate its centennial in 2024, marking 100 years of community service and support of hundreds of thousands of employment-seeking individuals with training, opportunities and education programs. The nonprofit also operates 24 retail sites countywide, including five boutiques and an e-commerce platform, ShopGoodwill.com.

“What really piqued our interest in Idea Hall was their emphasis on meaningful, purpose-driven strategy,” said Nicole Suydam, Goodwill O.C. president and CEO. “They shifted the focus away from what we do to instead highlight the significance of why we do it."
