LA Man Tried To Rob Orange County Bank, Police Say
The man apparently passed a note to the bank teller demanding a cash sum before taking the note back and fleeing, police said.
ORANGE COUNTY, CA — A Los Angeles man was arrested Friday for attempting to rob a bank in Orange County, police said.
The attempted robbery was reported at 9:20 a.m. at a bank in the 900 block of N. Harbor Boulevard in Fullerton.
Officers responded and quickly found the suspect near Harbor Boulevard and Union Avenue.

The suspect, identified as a 30-year-old Eddie Williams, was booked at the Fullerton Jail on felony attempted robbery.
According to police, Williams apparently passed a note demanding money to the bank teller, then took the note back and fled the area before obtaining any cash.
