Man Accused Of Assaulting Boy In OC Denny's Bathroom Arrested

ORANGE COUNTY, CA — A man was arrested on Friday for allegedly sexually assaulting a juvenile at an Orange County Denny's restaurant, the Santa Ana Police Department reported.

Officers were called to the Santa Ana Denny's, located at 2530 S. Bristol Street, at around noon on Sunday, Aug. 11, in response to a customer causing a disturbance.

According to officers, the customer was refusing to pay for his food at the restaurant and was falling asleep in a booth.

When officers arrived, they detained the suspect and while conducting their investigation, a woman approached the officers and reported that the man had sexually assaulted her juvenile son in the men's restroom of the Denny's just before officers had arrived.

The suspect, identified as Raymond Miramontes, was booked into the Orange County Jail on various sexual assault charges. His bail was set at $1,000,000.
