Man Ran Down By Car In Orange County: Police
A man was killed in a collision in Garden Grove and police Thursday are investigating the cause of the collision.
ORANGE COUNTY, CA — A man was killed in a crash in Orange County and police Thursday are investigating the cause of the collision.
Garden Grove police were dispatched at 11:16 p.m. Wednesday to the 14300 block of Brookhurst Street regarding a crash between a gray 2022 Toyota Sienna and a pedestrian.
Upon arriving, officers found the victim in the roadway and the involved vehicle in a nearby parking lot, authorities said.

The driver, identified only as a 58-year-old Santa Ana woman, remained at the scene and cooperated with officers, police said.
Orange County Fire Authority personnel responded to the scene and pronounced the pedestrian dead. Alcohol and/or drugs are not believed to be a factor in the collision, police said.
