Man Struck Over Head With Machete Near OC Burger King

ANAHEIM, CA — Authorities are searching for a suspect who struck a man in the head with a machete near an Orange County Burger King Wednesday, KTLA reported.

The incident happened at around 8:15 p.m. in the 800 block of North Brookhurst Street in Anaheim, the report said. Upon arriving, officers found a victim at a Burger King who was bleeding from the head.

The victim, who was not identified, was taken to a UCI Medical Center in Orange with a large laceration to his head, authorities said.
