Naked Gang Member Accused Of Breaking Windows Arrested After Standoff In OC: Police
A naked man was taken into custody after a standoff with police on Sunday in Orange County.
ANAHEIM, CA β An alleged gang member was taken into custody while naked after a standoff in Anaheim on Sunday, authorities said Monday.
According to the Anaheim Police Department, the standoff started at around 12:10 p.m. at the Casa Bonita Apartment on North Gilbert Street in Anaheim.
Police were searching the area for a vandalism suspect who had been breaking car windows, authorities said.

The man ran from officers and hid in the nearby apartment complex, triggering a SWAT response from police.
ABC7 reported that around 4:30 p.m. Sunday, the man was seen coming out of the building and surrendering without incident. He was not dressed as he was taken into custody.

According to police, the suspect is a documented gang member from Santa Ana with a narcotics-related warrant. His name was not released.
