Neighbor's Decorations Over The Top? Here's What To Do

If your neighbor's Halloween decorations are over the top, you do have recourse, unincorporated OC.

Decorations at holiday time are often as beautiful as the eye of the beholder, or as gaudy and awful, depending on who is doing the looking.

With the holiday season approaching, the County of Orange would like to provide support for decorating unincorporated communities in a safe manner.

In the Fifth District, this includes the communities of Coto De Caza, Ladera Ranch, Las Flores, Rancho Mission Viejo, Stonecliffe, and Wagon Wheel.
