New NY-Style Pizza Spot Opens Doors In OC: Grand Opening Celebration Set

The first 50 guests who attend the celebration will receive exclusive merchandise from Prime Pizza.

ORANGE COUNTY, CA — A New York-style pizza joint is celebrating the opening of its first north Orange County location.

Prime Pizza, located at 235 Imperial Hwy. in Brea, was founded in Los Angeles in 2014 and built a loyal following for its authentic thin crust made with quality ingredients.

"We're incredibly excited to open our doors in Brea," Prime Pizza Co-Founder Zak Fishman told Patch. "Brea has such a strong local food culture, and from day one we've felt genuinely welcomed by the community."

Brea's Prime Pizza location will hold a Grand Opening Celebration on Saturday, Feb. 21 at 11 a.m. Attending residents will receive free pizza, face painting and giveaways.

In addition, the first 50 guests the line up at Prime Pizza's door will receive exclusive merchandise.
