ORANGE COUNTY, CA — Authorities sought the public's help Friday in identifying an elderly woman who arrived at St. Joseph's Hospital this week after she was found in Westminster with no ID and memory issues.

She is described as an elderly Asian woman with black hair and brown eyes. Her name is not known.

She is thought to be between 80 and 82 years old and was originally found on Bolsa Avenue and Moran on May 1 at around 1 a.m.
