OC Restaurant Loses Michelin Star: Report

The loss leaves only one Michelin-star holder remaining in the county, according to The Orange County Register.

COSTA MESA, CA — A Costa Mesa eatery has lost its Michelin star, The Orange County Register recently reported.

Knife Pleat, a modern French restaurant in South Coast Plaza, lost its lone star after five consecutive years, according to the newspaper, making Rebel Omakase in Laguna Beach the sole remaining Michelin-star holder in Orange County.
