Police Arrest Armed Robbery Suspect In Fullerton
The man is thought to be behind two separate robberies that happened in April and May.
FULLERTON, CA — A man suspected of two separate armed robberies in Fullerton earlier this year was arrested this weekend, police said.
The initial robberies happened on April 24 and May 22, when two victims were robbed at gunpoint while at a park near N. Harbor Boulevard and E. Valley View Drive, respectively.
According to police, both victims in the robberies gave similar descriptions of the suspect.

On July 31, Fullerton police initiated a traffic stop that resulted in the suspect's arrest.
Police said soon after the man's arrest, he admitted his involvement in both armed robberies.

He was booked on robbery charges and drug-related charges stemming from the initial traffic stop. His name was not released.
Police also found a replica handgun in the car during the stop, authorities said.
