Police Investigate Double Fatality Motorcycle Crash

The first motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene and the second was rushed to an area hospital, where he died from his injuries.

TUSTIN, CA - Two bikers riding separate motorcycles died in crashes in Tustin Sunday as both riders lost control. The two men were riding northbound on Jamboree Road, just north of Barranca Parkway near Irvine, Tustin Police Lt. Stephanie Nichols said.

Police were dispatched to the location at approximately 3:13 a.m., Nichols said.

One motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene while the other was rushed to an area hospital, where he died from his injuries.

It was not immediately known if alcohol or drugs were involved in the accident. No other vehicles were involved.

Tustin police were investigating the crashes that killed two men and urged anyone with information regarding the accident to call them at 714-573-3218.
